PBSC Summer Open Meet Results

The Summer Open Meet held at Furzefield Centre on 19th June over two sessions was heralded as a great success.  Swimmers from around Hertfordshire and North London performed well.  We know that most of the PB swimmers improved on their previously recorded times and we are sure other club swimmers performed equally well.  For full results see the links below.  If club members would like to view a wider range of photos from the event please email or ask Ian.  Thanks to Andy, Jackie and all the officials and helpers for making it all run smoothly.  Thanks also to Buffera and C W Shewell Cooper for their generous sponsorship.  We are assured that the Buff transfers will come off with baby oil.  Thanks too to all the visitors for making it such a great, fun day.

PB swimmers swam 184 events of which 114 were personal best or no-previous-time.  They won 41 medals of which five were first place for Georgina Lawson(2), Andrea Houben, Jack Higgins and Jack Shewell-Cooper.
