Training Times
Training takes place throughout the year, sessions are only cancelled on bank holidays, in the case of pool closures or to fit around galas. Changes to the schedule may occur during the summer and christmas school holidays to fit round the closure of Queenswood school pool and to reflect the reduced numbers training.
All sessions take place at either the Furzefield Centre in Mutton Lane or at Queenswood School pool in Shepherds Way. Apart from the Saturday morning session for Squads 1 to 3, all sessions are held during the evenings.

The 8.15 session on the first Friday of each month is "Starts and Turns" which is open to Squads 1 to 4 and Masters.
